Renovated in 2011, the 189-room hotel overlooks the beautiful beach of Porto de Mos in Lagos and comprises an aparthotel and two clusters of tourist apartments. The aparthotel offers studio, one and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom townhouses, which are served by two communal swimming pools and a children's pool. The spa and the on-site restaurant and bar are also located within the aparthotel. The two tourist apartment clusters contain a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments, and each cluster has its own communal pool. All of the accommodation units have a fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, kettle and dishwasher (or kitchenette in studio apartments, which excludes a washing machine). Towels and linen are provided and accommodation units are fitted with air conditioning and under floor heating. All apartments are also equipped with a DVD player, radio, and satellite TV. In addition to a private bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, further standard features include Internet access, an iron and ironing board, double bed and a balcony/terrace.

The spa has four treatment suites, a couple's suite and a Vichy shower. A variety of luxury spa treatments are on offer and all guests are invited to use the Relaxation Suite after their beauty treatment, with complimentary drinks. In addition to the spa rituals on offer, the spa has luxurious changing rooms, a fitness zone (for residents at the resort only) and two exercise studios. The heated area offers a choice of Finnish-style sauna, aroma-infused Turkish bath or relaxing chromotherapy suite, all situated near the heated indoor swimming pool with children's section and sun loungers and parasols laid out for use by the water's edge. After a heat treatment, guests can awaken and refresh in the invigorating Experience Showers. Adjoining the spa is an outdoor hot tub and hydrotherapy pool.
